We love Amy Rose

I kind of wish I had a beef with Vodafone because it would appear that if you blog about your beefs, Vodafone send Amy in to soothe your nerves. Now that's what I call PR.

Well, that's what happened to Dan Sumption, a man sick to the back teeth of Vodafone, and keen to broadcast it to the world. He wrote an open letter to Vodafone's CEO explaining why he had dumped Vodafone in favour of O2.

Shortly afterwards Amy popped up in his comment section firmly defending the trusty Vodafone brand. She signed her piece Amy Rose, Vodafone. Apparently she also popped up on another site saying she was part of Vodafone's Forum Team.

Well I never. Does Vodafone crawl the interweb in search of negative comment that needs putting to rights? Is this 'blogger relations' perchance? Nice work when you can get it.

And they said no-one bothers to read blogs eh?
